Vinces’ gift bag project!
Read below why Water Heaters Only, Inc has chosen Vince as our 1st quarter community service partner.
Vince is young, compassionate and community service driven. A few years ago Vince had a thought and that thought has blossomed into an annual giving project that he spearheads (he is only seven by the way). Vince spends a few months a year rounding up donations from friends, family and local businesses to help support his cancer gift bag project. Then he spends time making the bags and shopping for items to go into the handmade bags. Once the bags are filled he delivers them to local youth battling cancer at the Kaiser Pediatric Oncology Center in Santa Clara. Vince also rounds up a friend or two to help with the project.
In addition, to the gift bags Vince also uses the money he collects to purchase books and art supplies to donate to the on-site library. When we heard about what Vince was doing we really wanted to support him and encourage his giving spirit.
The blankets above will also be donated along with the gift bags. The handmade gifts bags are filled with lots of goodies that are meant to offer warmth, comfort and support during the difficult journey of battling Cancer, an it is a battle for sure. Water Heaters Only, Inc is proud to support Vince in his giving project.

Girl Scout Cookies and Customer Appreciation
Water Heaters Only, Inc loves to support the Girl Scouts, each year we purchase tons of cookies for our customer appreciation campaign. We also donate cookies back to the troops so they can gift them to a special cause or the troops choice. We do our best to buy from as many troops as possible, by posting to our facebook page during cookie season and sending out and “all cookie call” via our technicians in the field. If you know a Girl Scout selling cookies tell them to contact us via our facebook page so we can help support their troop also.
Year after year we continue to buy cookies from local Girl Scout Troops, we love to support these hard working individuals and our customers love when they receive a box of Girl Scouts cookies. They are often very surprised, but always very appreciative.
Youth Programs Local Sports and The Arts 
Water Heaters Only, Inc understands the importance of being involved, this is relevant for companies, adults and growing youth. For growing youth being connected to community or being involved helps grow self esteem and foster leadership skills. Playing on a team or being part of a cast also contributes to collaboration and working together.
There are many youth programs that need help, at Water Heaters Only, Inc we try choose a few different programs each year to support. This allows us to spread the love around.
