Sean is just like one of us, getting things done to help secure our homes and families. He saw my family's situation with a non-operating water heater on a cold morning in March, and took time to make a full assessment as best as the situation provided, and proceeded to discuss options as well as troubleshoot the problem. We narrowed down the issue after tinkering with the water heater. He understood the urgency and did everything, including lining us up for quick install with the home office dispatcher, as best as he can. Big serious Thanks to Sean for his visit.
